Joining Heard’s email list is optional. We store your email address, the consent you gave, your signup date, email confirmation status, and whether you unsubscribe. We use these records for Heard product picks, offers, and updates. We do not sell the subscriber list.

When email delivery is configured, Resend processes your address and message content to send confirmation and Heard emails. The Heard owner can view and export subscriber records to manage emails. We keep unsubscribe records so an accidental repeat signup does not put you back on the list. Each email will include your unsubscribe link; you do not need an account to use it.

Following podcasts and saving finds uses this browser’s storage. An email signup does not create an account or sync your saved finds. You can remove local preferences by clearing this site’s browser data.

We use short-lived, hourly hashed network identifiers to limit signup abuse. Shopping-link reports count clicks without shopper profiles. Merchant websites have their own privacy policies.

To ask about your subscriber information or request deletion, reply to a Heard email. You can opt out at any time using the link included in that email.
